  2. Do we also have to cut back on foods? 'cause I'm afraid this excercise won't take effect becauce I eat like a plate full of rice (like literally full of rice fit for 2 people and sometime 3) and so many other side dishes esp. meat. ⊂(◉‿◉)つ
